I’d like to personally thank James O. Fraioli, whose James Beard award-winning culinary publishing company produced The Tropicale Cookbook. He was the conductor of the orchestra. From the very first phone call, I confidently knew James and his professional team of photographers, editors, designers, and printers would do me right.
